Terms of Service

Last updated 8 September 2026. These terms govern every purchase made on this store for the Survival Network Minecraft servers ("the Network", "we"). By completing a purchase you agree to them in full.

1. What you are buying

Every item on this store is a digital, virtual good for use only on the Network: crate keys, boosters, ranks, land allowance, in-game currency, tokens and bundles. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and remain the property of the Network. You are buying a licence to use them on our servers while the Network operates and while your account is in good standing.

2. No refunds

All sales are final. Because goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits, including for change of mind, accidental purchase, purchasing for the wrong username, being banned after purchase, server resets, changes to a package, or leaving the Network. The only exception: if a purchase was never delivered and our staff cannot deliver it within 72 hours of you reporting it, we will refund it in full.

3. Chargebacks and disputes

Opening a chargeback, dispute or payment reversal without contacting us first is treated as fraud. It results in an immediate and permanent ban of the Minecraft account, every linked account, and the associated Discord account across the whole Network, and the removal of every purchased item. We contest all fraudulent chargebacks with delivery logs and reserve the right to recover our costs.

4. Delivery

Purchases are delivered automatically to the exact Minecraft username entered at checkout, usually within seconds. Bedrock players must include the leading dot shown in game. We are not responsible for purchases sent to a misspelled name; report it straight away and we will move it where we can. Boosters and some items deliver only while you are online. If something has not arrived after 20 minutes, open a ticket in Discord or use /helpop in game with your username and package name.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly ranks renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from the payment provider or by asking staff; the rank and its perks stay until the end of the paid period and then return to Survivor. Monthly allowances (keys, coins, tokens, surges) are granted on each successful renewal and are not granted for partial or failed periods.

6. Changes to the Network

We may change, rebalance, rename, retire or replace any item, perk, price, crate content or rank at any time, and we may reset worlds or close servers. Purchases are made with that understanding and no compensation is owed for such changes. We will try to keep equivalent value where reasonable.

7. Conduct and bans

Purchasing does not exempt anyone from the Network rules. Accounts banned for breaking the rules keep no entitlement to refunds or transferred items. Purchased items may not be traded for real money, gifted for payment, or used to advertise other servers.

8. Age

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf and who owns the payment method used. Purchases made by a minor without permission are still subject to the no-refund rule; contact us and we will work with the account holder in good faith.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by CraftingStore and the payment provider you choose (for example PayPal or Stripe). We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable VAT where required. Coupons and sales apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

10. Not affiliated with Mojang

The Survival Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We follow the Minecraft EULA: nothing sold here gives a gameplay advantage that cannot be earned in game by every player.

11. Liability

The store and the Network are provided as they are, without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept it.
