Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026. This explains what the Survival Network store collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Minecraft username (and the UUID behind it) - to deliver what you buy and to show who purchased in game.
- Email address - for your receipt and for support about a purchase.
- Payment details - handled entirely by the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe or another gateway) and by CraftingStore. We never receive or store card numbers.
- Order history - what was bought, when, for which username, and delivery status.
- Technical data - IP address, browser type and approximate country, kept by CraftingStore for fraud prevention and by the payment provider for their own compliance.
- Discord account - only if you link it yourself for support or vote rewards.
Why we use it
To deliver purchases, send receipts, provide support, prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, enforce our Terms of Service and the network rules, and to announce purchases in game (username and package name only). We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not run advertising.
Who processes it
CraftingStore (CloudProtected, Netherlands) hosts this store and processes orders under its own privacy policy. Payment providers you choose process the payment itself. Our game servers store the delivery record against your Minecraft account. Discord if you contact us there. Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and by law.
Cookies
The store uses functional cookies only: your session, your basket, and the Minecraft username you entered so you do not have to type it again. No tracking or advertising cookies are set by us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the Network operates and for as long as tax and fraud rules require, typically up to 7 years for payment records. Support conversations are kept for 12 months. In-game delivery logs are kept for 24 months.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of data we are not required to keep. Contact us in Discord. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer prove delivery of a purchase or support a dispute.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 13. Players under 18 should purchase only with a parent or guardian, using the guardian's payment method.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to Network staff who need it for delivery and support.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date.
